Who we work with

Interview Phantom has trained five software engineers from Google, Amazon, Meta, Apple, and Netflix, most at senior level. All five used and explicitly endorsed the service. What the training includes

The training combines core knowledge, role-specific mock questions, AI prompt customization, and direct trainer observation. The assistance system uses separate hardware and a single external monitor. A consultation is the place to discuss the setup and the scope that fits your goals.

Our guarantee concerns continued training until your performance meets the standard agreed with your coach. Employers make hiring decisions; the program does not promise a job offer.

How to use our guides

The guides are published by Interview Phantom. They provide original practice scenarios, prompts, worked explanations, and review checklists. Practice scenarios are not reports of a particular employer’s interview questions. Use your own experience and verify any technical or numerical claim before using it in an answer.

The blog archive covers historical technology developments. Those articles link to their original sources and distinguish the period being discussed from the publication date. Coaching exercises and interpretations are editorial material; they are not evidence of improved hiring outcomes.
