The development
Google introduced Gemini 1.5 in February 2024. Its experimental long-context capability let a limited group of developers and enterprise customers test up to one million tokens. This was a preview, rather than universal access to that capacity. [1]
More context needs more structure
The interview lesson is an editorial inference: an assistant that can receive a larger packet may help compare a role description with several project examples. But a large packet can also bury the facts you actually need. Start with the role, the skills it asks for, and three experiences that demonstrate them. Clearly separate facts about you from assumptions about the employer.
Ask the assistant to identify which examples support each requirement and where evidence is missing. Then check the mapping yourself. Do not let a smooth summary turn a team achievement into a personal one. Keep the final practice brief short enough to review before a spoken rehearsal. More input is useful only if it produces a clearer decision about what to practice next.
