The development

Google’s April 7, 2025 post described Gemini Live camera and screen sharing, which began rolling out in March and expanded to more users in April, including Pixel 9 and Galaxy S25 owners. It included examples of getting input on visible work. [1]

Guide attention before explaining details

Our coaching application is a portfolio rehearsal. Instead of scrolling through everything, choose one artifact that shows a decision you made. State the problem, explain what the viewer should notice, and connect the visible detail to the outcome. A practice partner that can see the material may help reveal where your explanation assumes too much background.

Use a public or simplified example and keep the walkthrough short. Ask the listener to summarize the decision after you finish. If their summary focuses on the interface rather than the problem you solved, adjust the opening. Avoid treating visual feedback as proof of design quality or job readiness. The valuable result is a clearer explanation that you can repeat with a human interviewer, including when screen sharing is unavailable or the discussion moves away from the artifact.
