The development

Anthropic released Claude Opus 4.5 on November 24, 2025. Its announcement emphasized coding, agents, computer use, and everyday work such as research and documents. The vendor’s evaluation results were about the model, not evidence of candidate readiness. [1]

Invite the inconvenient question

Our coaching application is a critical review of a project story. Ask a practice partner what information is missing before it judges the decision. Good follow-ups might concern who set the constraint, which alternative was rejected, or how the outcome was measured. Answer from your records, and acknowledge uncertainty where the evidence ends.

Avoid asking only whether the answer sounds impressive. That encourages surface-level polish and can obscure a weak causal claim. Instead, ask whether the listener could distinguish your contribution from the team’s and whether your conclusion follows from the example. Keep one challenging question unresolved long enough to investigate it. The point of a more capable review partner is to reveal the work you still need to do, rather than to make every story sound complete.
