The development
Anthropic introduced Claude Sonnet 4.6 in February 2026, describing improvements across coding, computer use, long-context reasoning, and professional work. The announcement also made it the default model for Free and Pro users in Claude’s relevant products. [1]
Explain the bridge between roles
Our preparation application is a career-transition story. Start with what you have done, identify the skill that transfers, and explain why the new role is a logical next step. Avoid relying on broad statements such as being passionate about a field. Give one concrete example that demonstrates the connection and acknowledge the capability you are still developing.
Ask an assistant to play a listener unfamiliar with your current industry. Have it flag jargon and ask what your experience would look like in the target role. Check its suggestions against the actual job description. Then rehearse the answer aloud in your own words. The model update does not establish expertise in your career path; the useful output is a set of questions that helps you make the transition intelligible to someone outside your current environment.
